Having trouble finding a good brokerage

Hello everyone I've been licensed going on almost two years now and have had no luck with finding a good fit for me. I've been apart of two brokerages, my main concern was training and being shown how to go about certain situations etc. When i actually got there it was the complete opposite. I have not had the training and preparation at all. I have closed on a couple deals but that was apart of my sphere of influence. Any recommendation's on what to do?

Call a couple of young brokers that are doing well (ie have lots of listings) and ask them.

Unfortunately, in RE, a lot of the training is you learning from your screw-ups.  Idea is to avoid screw-ups as much as you can.
