Chicago Rehabs and REOs

Hi Everyone,

I'm very new to real estate investing, almost accidentally fell into most of this and now really love it.

Our search is in SFH and Multi Units, preferably REOs seems like the cleanest and how we bought our first Multi-Unit, which we live in currently.

*Any suggestions on Mentors who have experience in REOs and rehabs in Chicago?
*Any highly recommended contractors in the Chicagoland area?
*Wholesalers that would be interested, REO only properties?
*General information that would be helpful, even recommending threads would be great!
