I'd love to connect with some folks that are investing in the Providence area. I'd also love to look at potential partners and any advice around contractors on rehab projects as well as hard money lender's for a potential BRRRR

@Account Closed I'd love to connect! I am a real estate attorney based in RI. I have a four-unit in Pawtucket and I'm currently looking for the next deal. I have a contractor that is currently renovating one of my units and he's very reasonably priced. I also have a lot of realtor and lender connections!

To it either. My main reasoning would be limiting my risk while learning through my first true investment as my investment property now sort of came to be without a clear strategy and more luck
