New London CT investor
Hello, I am in the Navy and about to move to New London, CT. I am interested in purchasing a multi-family home and have some questions about the area. Home prices and rental rates seem pretty good in New London. Are there any areas I should avoid or certain things I should be looking for? Any local contacts and information would be very helpful. I will be needing a realtor and property manager if you have any you would recommend. Thank you!

Hi, @Steven Digiannurio. You want to talk with @David Wolber. He's an investor, realtor, PM...and Navy vet. He really knows the lay of the land there.
New London does have a lot of opportunity. Some not great places and some perfectly fine places. It's also worth considering Groton, Stonington, and a few of the other towns around the area.
@Mat O'Grady hosts a monthly SE CT meet-up. Now that it's virtual, no reason not to attend.
