Investing in Florida

I’m new to bp and new to Florida investing in real estate. Interested in buy/hold for multi family and single homes as rental properties. House flipping is an option as well but it’s #2. Is there anyone else here involved in real estate in Florida, I’m looking for realtors,investors, wholesalers and contractors. I hope everyone is staying safe during these times as well.
