Cleveland Multi Family Project
Hi Cleveland BiggerPockets crew!
I’m a contractor specializing in residential and multi-family renovations. We’ve done a few bigger projects with 10+ units, but I have an interesting one we’re finalizing and starting construction on in a few weeks. We had to deal with re-zoning, we’re having the building green verified for tax-abatement, and we are doing a full gut and re-design.
The lender and title company for that investor are open to sponsoring a meet-up for people, and this seemed like a good spot to ask what parts of a full gut people are interested in. We were thinking about doing a pre-construction event and a final walk through of this project.
Any Cleveland BP interest? If so, I’ll be happy to keep you updated and make a meet-up!
