Financing in Kansas City

Eric Sanford
Posted

Hello, everyone. I am just starting out my real estate adventure. I live close to Kansas City. I am going to be selling the house I used to live in, and I am hoping to roll that equity over into a new rental. I'll have $30,000 - $40,000 to invest. I am very interested in getting a few properties using the BRRRR method. I'm looking for a referral to a lender who will work with me and show me how to structure the financing.

Thank you!
