Long Island House Hacking
Hello,
My name is Joe and within a years time, I would like to be in the position to purchase my first property to house hack.
I wanted to reach out and see what other Long Islanders think about the idea of house hacking in this market.
What are the best areas to use this strategy? Multifamily vs Single Fam and renting out rooms?
Is there anyone out there that is currently doing this?
