I'm new to real estate, I've been learning for a few months now, at least. Im looking to start with a house hack and focused towards student housing and/or Airbnb. I have starting money saved, still generating income from my 9-5 and constantly saving from it. I'm looking to network 🙂

@Kristen Shook Hey Kristen, I am in the St. Louis area. Only about 5 hours from KC. Either one of those options could be a good option as long as you do it right! Which one are you leaning towards doing?
