Hi BP family! I'm in the learning and savings phase and would like to purchase our first BRRRR property late next year. I'm curious, what is the typical vacancy period in Hampton Roads between tenants? Hopefully no more than one month at a time...

I'd be interested to know what other vacancy periods look like in other areas.
