Does BiggerPockets have any Mid TN investors?

Question

Hi everyone.  I live in Middle TN (Murfreesboro TN) and I'm looking to connect with other investors in the area.  I checked the Groups page and the 2 groups for Middle TN hadn't had any postings in over a year.  I checked here for local investors and found a few in Memphis, but that's not close to my market.  I'm focusing on flipping and buy and hold.  I haven't done any deals yet (working on credit and finances and almost at the point of jumping in).  So who's out there that would like to connect and throw ideas around with?

Michael I just moved to the Murfreesboro area a few weeks ago. I moved here from Fort Smith, Arkansas and just driving around the city the opportunities look limitless here. Would love to grab some coffee or a beer and share some knowledge. There's a lot I can learn.

Wayne  Woodson  I checked out your site and signed on for your current deals.  I'm specifically looking for properties in Rutherford county, but I'm not opposed to other counties.  How long have you been doing this and how is it working out for you so far?  Do you belong to the Real Estate Investors of Nashville?  I've been to a few of their meetings on various subjects, but haven't joined yet.  I will be here  in the next month or two.  I do try and make out to the Rutherford County chapter of REIN meetings.
