Any recommendations for good contractors near downtown West Palm?

I'm looking for a long term partnership. I plan on buying one 2-4 unit multi-family annually/biannually which will most likely need serious repair work (roofing, flooring, siding, soffit, fascia, electrical, plumbing, etc). Need someone dependable - preferably with access to a small crew for quicker work.
