New to Real Estate, but I am looking to get my first deal in Wholesaling while developing my skills. Ultimately I’d want to get into flipping and/or renting, but in the mean time let’s connect and help each other build and grow!
Im brand new starting out and I’m looking for rentals in the Gastonia area. Would love to get your take on the area like where to avoid and where you see starting to move.

Joining the convo! I live in Huntersville and looking to invest in Charlotte! I just put an offer in on a potential second home. I plan to rent my house out and move into the 2nd house to potentially do a live in rehab then rent when I find another deal!
