Hi all

My partner and I have a property in Memphis, TN. We wanted to see if anyone could recommend some local help: contractors, plumbers, handymen, AC/heating repair guys, etc. We are interested in having a team to call as needed for repairs/upkeep/etc. so we can manage our property ourselves. We are not too happy with our property mgt. company.

Any referals or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks and happy investing!

Eric

Trying to manage your Memphis properties from out of state sounds like a really bad idea.  There are other PM in Memphis that could do the job for you, my suggestion would be that you call a few of them and talk to them.  Then take a trip down here to meet them and see their operation.  Either way good luck.
