Wholesale in Portsmouth VA
Hello BP,
Im typically a buy and hold investor. However, I have a deal in Portsmouth that landed in my lap. It doesn’t meet my buy and hold criteria, and I’m not a flipper so I’d like to wholesale it. Any wholesalers our there that would like to work with me and split the profits? I’ve reached out to a couple I know already, however they haven’t been interested.
I’ve run the numbers and know it can work! It’s a 934sqft 2bd/1ba that needs rehabbed. The seller is willing to let it go for 20k.
