Hello fellow investors I’m a real estate agent located in the Atlanta metro area, and I just wanted to give some info on the current market.Interest rates are increasing which means that there is a shift going on in the market.  This shift is turning a sellers market into a buyers market which is good for investors, because home prices are going down and the rental market is going to boom with less qualified buyers.  With less buys able to qualify for homes investors will be able to dip in a larger pool of renters which mean higher rental income.  If your looking for deals in the Atlanta metro area feel free to reach out to me.
