Hi there!

Would someone be able to recommend a good commercial multifamily broker for the Phoenix area? I'm looking to buy an apartment building in the 800k-1.5 million range.

Hi Kelei!

I work with a lot of investors from the Bay Area (both commercial and residential) who are looking for a nearby, more affordable market than the Bay Area. Phoenix is usually the first stop for people looking to buy out of state - and with a 2 hour flight it's obvious why! I'll send you a message to get more details and see if I can help get you pointed in the right direction.
