Welp... Going to my first REIA Meeting tonight...
Im excited about attending my very first REIA meeting in Portland, OR. Tonight's meeting will be focused on Deal Analysis and Wholesaling. Since my focus at this time is Wholesale, this meeting will a great learning experience for me. Unfortunately, I do not have any set deals to bring to the table, but I am working on it. Hope to meet some fellow wholesalers and investors/buyers for when I do have my deals ready.

Anyways... just wanted to share with all of you and encourage any newbies to also attend their local REIA.

Hope it's a good one! I have a prior conflict or else I would make the trip out to the suburbs. I'd be really interested to hear your take on it.
