Contractor Recommendations in NC Triangle Area

I have been a buy and hold investor for several years and now am looking to get into my first flip. I have found a good deal on an REO, does anyone have recommendations on a General Contractor in the triangle area of NC. Ideally I'd like to find someone who can:

1) Provide accurate rehab quotes

2) Complete a quality job on time

3) Responsive 

4) Competetively priced

5) Used to working with investors

Can someone recommend a good contractor for investors?
