Anyone investing in Sanford, North Carolina?

I have family in Sanford and am headed down for a visit.  I would like to make some contacts and explore opportunities in the area.  I am looking to be a buy and hold investor but am just starting out.

Thanks!

Curt

Hello Curt.  I am not in Sanford, but I did rent an older singlewide trailer from a guy there in 2003 and 2004.  It is a nice area.  I was working at a company in Cary and needed a reasonable rent for a pseudo-relocation while my family stayed back home in Texas.  I really liked living outside of Sanford compared to the Cary/Apex area.  I am not sure I would be as happy with the 60 mile roundtrip drive with today's gas prices.

Hello Curt,

Sorry for the late reply to your post. I live in Sanford, NC (Carolina Trace community) and just started wholesaling in and around Sanford (Fayetteville 30 mins south of Sanford and surrounding areas). You can contact here on BP or give me a call and let me know what you are possibly looking for and if I could help you in any way.

Hello Curt,

I know this is an old post, but I'm curious if you ever purchased anything in Sanford.  I'm a potential investor from CA and have family up in the Raleigh area.  Was looking around their area for deals and found a few properties in the Sanford area that could work for buy and holds.  Did you ever pull the trigger and invest in the area?

@Brent Tyler hello Brent. I am an wholeseller and investor in Eastern NC. I may have some properties that fit your criteria if you are still looking for buy and hold.
