Seeking a remodelling contractor in Brooklyn, New York

I am looking to buy a multi-family property in Bushwick, Brooklyn.  Most need a lot of work, and are legal two family properties, which I may convert into a legal three family as part of the renovation. 

Can anyone recommend a reliable, good quality general/remodeling contractor in the local area.
