Cleveland - Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Hi all -

I'm looking for a contractor who can sand, stain and poly 3,200 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring in a duplex. I've gotten a few quotes in the $2.50 - $2.75 range, but this seems somewhat high considering the size of the job.

Any recommendations for quality contractors based out of Cleveland or Akron would be appreciated.
