I am looking for a seasoned group of real estate professionals involved in a local REA. I have researched and found the RICH club here in Houston, but would like to find other options also.

Hi Everyone,

Just want to make sure my BiggerPockets family knows what kind of message was shared during Lifestyles Unlimited Expo this past weekend. I signed up for their Expo and thankfully I didn't pay for it. The people I met and spoke to were wonderful and I enjoyed the sessions.

However, what spoiled the event for me was someone named Del who started Lifestyles and gave the keynote. The amount of partisan politics that was on display was surprising but I can largely shrug it off. What did alarm me was that Del then decided to say the N word twice and suggested that AOC should be castrated due to her views. So before signing up which can cost upwards of $20K upfront plus several thousands a year just realize that your lining Del's bigoted pocket and possibly other people in the organization who may share similar beliefs.

Just FYI this is a new account I created since I just want to share the truth. From what I heard alot of LU members are ranking officals in the Apartment Association that I'm a member of so I'm being a bit cautious.
