Looking for CPA and/or RE Attorney in San Diego

Does anyone have any real estate attorneys or real estate-minded CPAs they would recommend in SD, we've asked our CPA (not much RE experience) to no avail?

Specifically, we want someone that can speak to the ramifications of title passing within our family to take advantage of an available property tax reassessment exclusion.
