Seeking pricing and rehab help near Denver
I think we're finally going to move on selling our one out of state rental located in Watkins. Can anyone recommend contractors for a minor bath rehab and someone with a good sense of pricing in the area.
Currently a 2/1 with 2 acres. Tenant has had horses there. The place needs a lot of work but I'm hoping not too much to make it salable. I'm trying to decide if it's worth my effort to do the work myself or travel to do it. Last time we got a bid to redo the decks it was in the range of $4k and it took my wife and I about 1 day to do what we wanted.
