Easement for water service
Alright so I have a situation where the city limits cut off in my rental property for water service and someone bought the neighboring lot and built a house. They either need an easement through a small corner of my property for water access and qualify them to use the city sewage that is run to their property already or dig a well and add a septic tank. The easement is a 60ft long 10 ft wide section, should I charge a fee for the easement and if so what would seem reasonable. Average well in area is 5k-10k average septic cost 10k-25k for complete system. TIA
