Should I sell and buy two more properties or refinance my existing rental and use the equity to buy two more properties?

@Rico See yeah, if you can keep your property AND purchase 2 others....then do that.  Also, @Brandon Turner wrote a great article on something similar to this that you can read HERE.

If the first property is cash flowing adn it offers a long term hold then I would say refinance tap into the equity and take out some cash.  Use the cash for the down payments.
