Hello, everyone 👋🏽. My husband and I have known we wanted to invest for 5 years now. My husband is a general contractor in Southern California and I have a design and real estate background. We finally, have our team in place and the funds to purchase our first rental property. We are currently, on a hunt for a property in Melbourne, Florida. If anyone knows of a property that needs some love, that we can buy and hold. Please send it out way. We are currently seeking a minimum 3 bedroom 1.5 baths. We are cash buyers. We’re excited! We just need the house. We are open to any advice as this would be our first investment property also, it will be our first out of state purchase. Thank you and we are excited to meet and hear from you all.
