Looking for someone to learn from to get started in RE!

Hey!

I am at the humble beginnings of my RE journey, and I am currently looking for someone to learn from and get rolling. I want to invest in Rental Properties, so some knowledge regarding that would be great.

I am also willing to pay, and or share some other sort of value and even give the person helping me equity within the first rentals I buy, whereas I manage them completely and you just earn your share.

Thanks for your answers!

Very generous of you to be giving up equity in homes you don't own yet. But not necessary.

Just spend the next 3-6 months browsing the forums. Listen to the podcasts. Read a few books. And attend some local meetups to network with other investors, agents, contractors, lenders, etc.
