Investing in West Virginia

I'm currently in Florida, but looking to invest in multifam in West Virginia.

I did a search and read some old posts from a couple years back.

Curious how the market is doing there currently with the way everything is going right now.

Looking to connect with anyone local, works or invests there.

Real estate agents, lenders, property managers, other investors, etc.

I ain't picky. :)

Looking forward to meeting you all

Hey David, I talked to @Hunter Ferrari earlier this week whom invests in WV and he seems to be killing it. I believe he is a local relator as well so I would touch base with him.
