ADU plan in San Jose

Hello,

I'm trying to get approval for an ADU plan from San Jose city. The plan was drawn by a plan drawer, however he is not an engineer to calculate roof lload etc. The roof design was done by central coastal truss company. The city is asking to verify with designer whether "Drag" truss is proposed on the design. Since my planner is not an engineer, I'm looking for a roof engineer/architect who can calculate the load of the roof/truss and tell whether "Drag" truss is required?

Thanks for your reading and help!
