Current REFI rates and LTV for LLC
Hello! I just finished rehab of a 4BR/2BA property in Sandusky, OH. I'm listing it for sale to see if we can flip it first only because I don't totally love the area to keep as long term rental. However, in the event it does not sell I'd like to rent and refi. Bought back in May with purchase and rehab in cash from line of credit with business partner.
Would like to know what options are looking like these days and any recommendations from anyone. What current rates and LTV people are seeing also?
