Looking to Connect with BRRR Investors (Midwest Markets Pref)!
Hey all! I'll keep it short-- I just did my first deal as a house hack, and I'm looking for a BRRRR next. Ideally, distressed multifamily properties within the Midwest, but that's not a dealbreaker! I'm looking to connect with ANYONE who has done BRRRR work that I can learn from or form JVs with! Here's what I can offer you:
Time: I work a W2 job, but would be happy to perform tasks that you need done!
IT Expertise: My day job involves Linux, SQL, and networking (the tech kind). I'm also proficient in Java and Python, REST API calls, and more!
Verbal and Written Expertise: I have a summa cum laude degree in English, and am a comedian. I have no problem presenting in a lucid and succinct manner.
Limited Capital: I can finance some of the deal, with about 10k of my own money, and possibly more if the deal warrants it.
