Hi BiggerPockets:

I am looking to connect with investors that have been investing or looking to invest in the NEPA (Northeast PA) areas like Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Pittston, Taylor, Hanover Twp etc. The prices, although have gone up still seem to be a great buy and hold rental market. I am an out-of-state investor from NJ.
