Hi BP Family, I am looking for any wholesalers in the Ft. Lauderdale area that can filter deals to me. My primary focus is multifamily (duplex to fourplex) in B/C neighborhoods. I am looking closely at the Lauderhill area for a live in hack scenario. Hope to be hearing from all real estate enthusiasts in the Fort Lauderdale area soon.
