BP/Assessment/Seller Data Canada + Peer2Peer Fin

Hi All,
Finally Canada is getting in the proptech game for providing data to buyers. Recently found these guys honestdoor.com which have assessment, building permit, transaction data which is a good start. Does anyone know a provider in Canada that would do peer to peer funding like peerstreet but without the accredited requirements?
