Let's help BP grow even BIGGERpockets!!

When I originally found BP, I was looking for like minded investors, that I could network with. I hit a goldmine! I've been thrilled to find people that I've been able to share my 25+ years of experience with and help them starting out in their real estate careers, as do all of the 'seasoned' investors on here. I'm very active on BP as most of you know.

In addition, while getting our new ventures in So Cal going, I started a website. I've seen a great increase in traffic to my website from BP. I also have a link on my website that takes 'like minded investors' back to BP. Though it may not be a great number, there are at least 2-3 each day that take that link to BP (I can see it on my analytics)

On my site I have a specific project that I market, and only a few investors will be in that market for commercial income property in southern California - so it's a pretty limited use of a website. But..if I can drive some more business to BP, it's an added bonus. If you don't have a link back to BP on your website, I encourage you to put one on! Just a thought I wanted to share :)

It would be cool to create a BP moderator logo and picture for ourselves that we add to our websites and link back to BP.

I have a couple of custom websites being hand coded now for each of my niches that have taken 3 months but are getting close to being done.
