Phone options for brokerage and forwarding

Agents are required to have the brokerage phone number on our signs and business cards per state regulations here. We are allowed to also have the cell etc, however to stay in the good graces of the state I ensure I keep that number visible. So what technology or service would someone recommend that has the whole purpose of saying:

Thank you for calling XYZ, for Mike press 1, for Mary press 2, for Fred press 3 etc. which then just forwards over to their cell. With a voicemail at the end so that if someone does have a complaint the broker will get it. The main objective is to get away from having a receptionist answering phones just to give out a cell number (which most already have because they have the card with it on it). I am almost thinking just a call forwarding service, but not sure if they can send to different people. any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you!
