setting up a inbound call script in podio

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create a script my VA can use for inbound calls to qualify each lead. As they ask the questions, i want them to type the response in for each question in a fill in form. I was hoping if someone knows how to set it up in podio or any other platform that works well. I also want to create several outbound scripts my VA can use for calling fsbos frbos cold calling etc.
