Software programs??

Hello All,

Couple questions.

1) I am in the process of starting my LLC to purchase,rehab & sell properties in the metro west Boston area. What is a good software program for running comps on properties. I have being doing it I feel the long way via mutable generic websites but feel like it is very time consuming and must be something out there for exactly this.

2) What software programs are people using to manage there business/jobs? In terms of cash-flow, paying subs etc.

Any input would be helpful.
