I think it depends on your clients. Facebook has worked great for us, but we are geared more to the 40+ year old crowd.

I see you are also an agent. If you are looking for buyers / sellers the best free thing you can do is post daily on your social media. Joining local Facebook groups and answering questions, and reaching out to people on there is in my opinion the best way to get leads for free. If you have a consistent marketing budget, Google PPC is the way to go.
