Exploring Tenant cloud - Any Coupon?
Hi All,
I am exploring Tenant cloud, trying create a lease template. wondering if I opt for starter version, do they have state specific regulations covered? as a single property owner, do not want to pay full price as there may not much of need of reports,
looking for state specific lease and ACH/Zelle/paypal kind of payment options for application fee and Rent collection. any recommendation on which plan would be best?
Also any coupon for this community?

Hi Satish!
Unsure if you are still looking into tenant cloud but I have been using it for a couple years now and love it. I have the pro yearly plan but if you have one property it may be best to opt for the starter plan and use a less costly lease builder like EZ Landlord. If you plan to grow your portfolio I would recommend the growth plan so you have everything in one place.
