Software developer to Real estate investor world

Hi,

I have been recently bit by real estate bug and I started learning as much as I can about commercial(5+ apartment buildings) real estate investing. In the process of learning more about it, the first obstacle I faced was how to learn to analyze the property. I was stuck at the analysis phase and I couldn't clearly tell about a property if it is either good or bad investment as per numbers. I came across an app called dealCheck.io and I feel like it doesn't have what I need or I see an opportunity that I can build my own which is much better than the dealcheck.io app. 

Here is what I'm thinking, I want to build an app that serves the rookies like me who are struggling to analyze properties and buy their first property as quickly as possible. I'm looking for someone who wants to be part of this and help me to build and deliver this product by end of 2022. I'm looking for 

-- Real estate Influencer or a person who can bring marketing aspect to the table

-- backend developer who can work with me to build this app.

-- Investors are who know how to take an idea into real world and help me build a team and product.

If someone is interested to learn more about this, I'm happy to talk to them and build a small poc(proof of concept) just to show the possibilities that this new app can have and help rookie investors to achieve their dreams.
