Hi BP family,

We're looking at purchasing an off-market deal near Parksville, NY in Sullivan County and would like a recommendation for a good RE attorney and property inspector. I understand that a RE attorney doesn't necessarily have to be in close proximity, but if anybody has any recs for a good property inspector in the upstate NY area please let me know! I'd be forever grateful.

Hi Samantha - I have both and am currently using them for a property in Jeffersonville, and used them for my Livingston Manor properties too.  Inspector is Justin Picciotti @Tru home inspection who's awesome, and Nicole Rieber who is the attorney in Monticello who is also great. I am currently studying home inspection and was with Justin on Monday at the Jeffersonville place and he was so accommodating and let me do the inspection with him!
