Wholesaling in Rochester, NY

Hello everyone,

I began wholesaling in the Rochester area part time last year and have had difficulty finding solid cash buyers for my properties.  I have hung some signs and posted to CL, but have had trouble building up a solid list of investors.  Wondering if anyone could share some successful strategies that they have implemented.  Thanks!

Agreed rochester is a tight market. I'm looking for 2-3 deals per month for flips and it's hard to find the deal flow.
