Hi all,

Unfortunately, I am having some issued with one of my tenants and may need to retain the services of a Landlord/Tenant attorney. Any chance you've worked with someone you would recommend?

Yes, I recommend Dorene Haney, Attorney, for DC landlord-tenant disputes. I used her with one of my problem tenants in DC- she knows the system in and out, and has rates that are reasonable.
