Rehab- Cash Out Refinance a Condo
I'm trying to build wealth guys but the market here in Arlington VA is nasty. I've been looking at properties out by front royal but it would mean leaving all my friends/girl friend behind.
My goal is to live in and rehab a property, force appreciation, and cash out refinance. I’d use the cash out refinance to buy an existing business. Hopefully trying to get $50-100k out of a refinance. Is this doable with a condo in this area?
