I'm looking at buying one of these packages from the Mobilehomeparkstore.com as they were recommended to me by a friend who owns several successful parks.
What do you think about me getting it as I'm just getting started on this journey.

What do you want out of the course once it's completed and you are back at home? What is it you don't have that you want from the investment in the course?
Start by reading everything here first, then the 10/20 Book by Frank & Dave. But first, what are your goals? Do you want to own a park? Do you want to wholesale individual homes? own individual homes?
Take an inventory or your resources: time, money, credit, then write down your goals and work backwards from there. If you have no money or credit then start wholesaling. If you've got the time and money then immediately sign up for the Mobile Home Park Investors Bootcamp and start learning and networking. If you want to learn about buying/selling individual homes then look up John Fedro and his resources and training.
