Save your money - read Managing a MHP by Steven G. Pappas. Was $35 +$4 shipping. If looking for a MHP management course - check out the one by Ray Alcorn first. Check out the one by George Allen out of Indiana second. His course awards the Certified Manufactured Home Manager designation (MHM).
