Dallas Newbie Seeking Advice

Hi BP!

My name is Kim, I just joined BP this week.   This is my first post. I’m interested in real estate investing.  Right now I’m still in the learning phase.  I want to learn, plan,  save, and network this year and take action in 2019.

I would like to get some opinions on how I should start out.  I live in a one bedroom condo in the North Dallas area, it’s walking distance from Addison.  Do you think I should look into purchasing a home and use the condo as my first rental or should I sell the condo?
