Anyone have experience with these guys? They reached out originally making it sound like they were calling from HUD and basically told me that they'll give me exclusive access to their lead channel for $149/mo and would guarantee me at least 12 leads per month. Ultimately, they said that people come searching on their site. This site will have the folks fill out a form that somewhat pre-qualifies them for a loan. That form can be forwarded on to a lender once I get the lead. After they've filled out this form (and assuming they're looking in my county), the lead will he sent to me. I can cancel anytime. I asked them to put me in touch with an agent that uses their service and he gave me the number of an agent with Keller Williams in Maryland who's used the service for about a year. He said his team closed 21 transactions in the last year from this service and he's cancelled his Zillow subscription because Zillow is 3x as expensive and 1/3rd as effective. I would love to hear from anyone with any experience of these guys. Mahalo! Greg
